The talk will be followed by a presentation by Dr. Jeff Noakes on Canada’s role in the war: “Canada and the War against Japan”.
Prof. Andrew N.D. Yang, with degrees in sociology and political science, is a specialist in regional security. He is former Minister of National Defence of the Republic of China.
Dr. Jeff Noakes is a historian of World War II at the Canadian War Museum.
