C’est évidemment très bien que le Canada commence enfin à respecter ses engagements au titre des missions globalement intitulées « de paix » des Nations Unies — à supposer qu’on connaisse bientôt la date du déploiement. On ne parle évidemment pas de « maintien de la paix » car il serait difficile de soutenir dans la plus belle flambée d’optimisme
