Gabrielle Bardall
Gabrielle Bardall is a scholar-practitioner whose work focuses on elections and democratization processes. She holds a PhD from the Université de Montreal and has worked in over 35 countries on elections, democracy and women’s participation with IFES, UNDP, UN Women and others. Her work on violence against women in elections pioneered the field and she has served in numerous advisory and technical roles for US, European and international organizations.
